Sciences Po Saint-Germain offers undergraduate (3-year) and graduate (or Master’s, 2-year) programs.
Undergraduate program
In the first two years, we give our students an in-depth understanding of the main subjects in social science:
- Sociology
- Political Science
- Law
- Economics
- History
- International Relations
The study of two foreign languages is compulsory, with English for all students.
Undergraduate students are encouraged to take electives outside of the core curriculum, because policy issues are becoming more complex and are best approached from a variety of angles. ‘Soft skills’ such as communication and team work are an integral part of the learning experience, with students applying their knowledge in case-studies and in the field.
The last year of the undergraduate program is spent abroad studying and/or doing an internship.
Graduate programs
Specialization starts in 4th year (1st year of Master’s degree). Graduate students can choose betwwen:
- International and European Affairs
- Law and Public Policy
- Culture and Communication
- Management, Economy and Finance
They specialize further in their 5th and last year when they apply for a Master’s program (‘M2’) in line with their specialization. Sciences Po Saint-Germain offers 22 such programs. Furthermore, we have partnered with prestigious institutions to create highly-specialized double diplomas: Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Versailles, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Art de Paris-Cergy, Audencia Business School, and Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage.
