The library at Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye gives our students on-site access to more than 3,000 reference books on political science in addition to books and periodicals on a variety of other subjects (e.g. economics, sociology and living languages).
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
During school vacation periods: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Students may only borrow items from the library if they have registered and obtained a library card. To do this, students must show their student ID at the circulation desk. Once registered, they may borrow items after showing their library card.
Loan period and maximum items allowed on loan : 6 items for 3 weeks. Documentary items may be renewed once, for a period of a week, if they have not been reserved by another user. Videos may only be renewed once, for another three-day period .

Access to electronic resources
Students at Sciences Po Saint-Germain are enrolled at both of its founding universities, Université de Cergy-Pontoise (UCP) and Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ). This gives them access to the digital editions of leading international periodicals in all of the subjects taught at our school, including law, economics, history, political science and sociology.

Reading rooms are available for students wishing to work alone or in small groups during their free periods.
