Accommodation

During the Summer School, we highly recommend students to stay at the student residences (Thérèse Papillon or Artémis residence managed by AGEFO company) located nearby about 5-10mn walk.

Accommodation reservation deadline : 30th, April 2024

Special negociated Summer School rate :

800 € / person in a single room (private bathroom)

The rate includes: cleaning service at arrival and departure, site inspection at arrival and departure mandatory with the student, laundry package, dishes package, multi risk home insurance for the period of stay.

Mandatory arrival :

Friday 31st, May from 8am to 6pm

Saturday 1st, June from 8 to 12 am

 

No arrival possible on Sunday 2nd, June 2024

Mandatory departure : 
Friday 14th, June exceptionnaly possible on Saturday before 12h00

Reservation process

  • 1. Book and select your accommodation on the application form

  • 2. After reception and validation of your documents, we will transfer your request directly to the student residence AGEFO : Ms Aurore CHMIELEWSKI, e-mail : a.chmielewski@agefo.fr

  • 3. The residence manager will send you a link to proceed to the full payment of the booking fees (a refundable deposit of 150€ will be requested). At reception of the bank transfer AGEFO will send you a booking confirmation.

Cancellation policy :

100% refund until 15th, April 2024, 50% from 16/04 to 22/05/2024, no refund from 23/05 to 31/05/2024.

A full reimbursement of the fee will be given if cancellation happens before 15th, April 2024

Refunds are not possible, only under specific conditions with proof - certificate from a professionnal
